Take a look!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: 96 New Items Available Spring 2017

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Hummingbird Needle Threader A little birdie told us this threader is awesome! You’ll use our cute multi-feature hummingbird needle threader to quickly and easily thread hand sewing needles. It’s easy to grasp, using the indented finger grip. A clear cover protects the threader when it’s not in use. Extras include a thread cutter, and a lanyard hole. And that fun shape!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Seam-Fix Double-Sided Seam Ripper Sewists know that a seam ripper is a must-have sewing tool. Next time you need a new one, check out our Seam-Fix™ double-sided seam ripper. It’s a dual-sided ripper with both fine and heavy duty blades. Its unique rubbery tip is used to whisk away unwanted threads after they’re cut.

See how to use a Seam-Fix™ ripper and seam ripper FAQs.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Fashion Grommets Really wish that you could touch these new fashion grommets. They look great, sure. But when you actually touch them, you will love. Here’s why: they have a soft coated finish, giving them a super smooth feel. Application is similar to our standard Dritz® grommets, with the addition of a clear insert piece that allows you to apply these grommets to thin fabrics without the need for interfacing. Check them out:

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: 2-Part Eyelets Lacing is a thing. And the way to achieve professional looking lacing is to use eyelets that create an opening in your fabric allowing the lacing to pass through.

Our new 2-part eyelets are unique in that they have a clear insert piece that adds stability and support. There are 3 fashion finishes: gunmetal, matte gold and nickel.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Heavy Duty Snaps Heavy duty snaps are a fan favorite! Makers use them on cuffs, lanyards and bags. They also look dynamite on all kinds of garments – just look at these fabulous overall shorts! New styles include 3 fashion finishes: antique brass, copper and gunmetal.

And do you notice the matching hook and ring hardware? Our coordinated Dritz® sewing hardware color collections rock!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Adjustable Slide Buckles This hardware is strong on providing solutions. Want to have flexibility with the length of your bag straps? Want the ability to convert bags from shoulder to cross-body? Adjustable slide buckles to the rescue.

Use these versatile buckles with belting or fabric to make 1″ straps; choose copper, gunmetal, nickel or antique brass finishes. Done and done.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Rectangle Rings Use rectangle rings for a variety of things! Bag making, belts and straps, surface embellishment, even jewelry! These rings make 1″ straps or handles. They coordinate and work really well with the adjustable slide buckles shown directly above.

Choose from antique brass, copper, gunmetal and nickel.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: D-Rings D-rings are a good basic type of hardware to have in your collection of sewing fasteners. There are many styles and sizes of Dritz® D-rings available, and these two finishes update our offering. Check out all of our rings!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Triangle Rings These are nifty. Dritz® triangle rings provide a place to attach a 1″ strap or tab on one side (through the oval slot), and a swivel hook or fob on the other side (through the round slot), thus giving you lots of belt- and strap-making options.

Four fashion finishes: copper, gunmetal, antique brass and nickel.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Swivel Hooks You just can’t have too many! We’ve got many swivels available, but these new finishes sure are sweet!

Check them out in gunmetal, antique brass and copper. Mix and match them with our fob and heavy duty snap hardware. The combos are endless!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Small Swivel Hook & D-Ring Sets Wristlets and small device pouches are great DIY projects, and these petite hardware sets pack a big punch. Four swivel hook/D-ring sets are available. Use them to make 1/2″ straps, lanyards, skinny belts and more. Are you hooked yet?

See them in copper, gunmetal, brushed brass and nickel.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Large Hook & D-Ring Sometimes a stationary hook does the trick. These large hardware sets feature a non-swiveling hook and D-ring – ideal for use on garments or in places where you want the hook to lay flat and not turn.

Choose from copper, brushed brass, nickel and gunmetal. Have a blast matching them with other Dritz® items.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Double-Cap Rivets Our double-cap rivets are 2-piece fasteners that can be used to secure multiple layers of fabric, or to attach belting or straps onto bags or other items. You can also use them as a surface detail – like we did on the cuff bracelet and fob shown here! The double caps make them doubly nice – it means they look good from both sides.

You’ll find these in gunmetal, nickel and brushed brass.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Tassel Caps If you haven’t noticed tassels dangling from all kinds of bags, totes and necklaces, where in the world have you been?!

New Dritz® tassel caps allow you to make DIY tassels from all kinds of materials: yarn, fabric, embroidery floss, leather – you name it. Coordinate finished tassels with other Dritz® hardware such as rings and swivel hooks and you’ve got it going on!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Parachute Buckle We’re taking this buckle to new heights. Our new metal parachute buckle has a fantastic black matte finish and a slim profile, giving it a truly sophisticated look.

Use it to make 1″ wide belts, or straps for bags and accessories. It works with belting, elastic or fabric. Lofty, indeed!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Cummerbund Belt Buckle Set Of course you can wear a cummerbund belt with a tux. But why limit these versatile fabric belts to formal wear? We think a cummerbund is perfect paired with denim – just look at it with this tunic!

Our new cummerbund buckle set contains 2 pieces of hardware (an interlocking buckle and slide adjuster) that you can use with many cummerbund sewing patterns. Looking good!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Leather Sewing Project Labels Leather labels let you proclaim that items are handmade. Pretty cool, huh? Sew them on, or attach them with rivets. You’ll find full application instructions on the item page for each style.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Metal Sewing Project Labels We’ve got metal labels, too! These are nice because they coordinate with hardware that may be a part of your handmade creations (like the metal key ring on this hexi fob). So while the label lets you shout handmade, your DIY project looks ultra-professional.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Patches If you like to take clothing repair into your own hands, Dritz® patches are for you. New items include both iron-on and self-stick options, as well as a variety of denim, twill and heavy duty fabrics. Check them out:

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Fix-A-Zipper Zipper Slider Repair It stinks when your zipper slider gives out before the life of your garment or accessory does. Keep that zipper zipping along with Fix-A-Zipper™ replacement slider kits. Three styles offer DIY solutions for most zipper slider repairs:

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: New Pins Straight pins! We know your arsenal is full of them, but here are two new styles you just might need.

These handy T-Pins are small and sturdy. You’ll use them for a variety of DIY purposes.

The pearlized white heart pins are decorative, but that fun shape also makes them easy to grasp and manipulate. True love!

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Bonding & Stabilizers You may forget to consider bonding and stabilizers “sewing products,” so here’s a friendly reminder: fabric glues, tapes and related accessories are absolutely integral to the sewing and repair process. What’s new:

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Pre-loaded Sewing Machine Bobbins If you use a sewing machine, you need bobbins! Two new reusable bobbin sets come with pre-filled bobbins that are ready to go. The threads are colorfast; there are 12 bobbins per pack. Choose from an assorted pastel/brights class 15 pack, or an assorted basics class 66 pack.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: Nursing Bra Clips New moms can look beyond the limited assortment of nursing bras and convert any bra into a nursing bra with Dritz® nursing bra clips. There are 3/8″ sets and 1/2″ sets available. The website item pages include full how-to instructions.

New Dritz Sewing Supplies: New Colors of 15-Yd Reel Belting The assortment of Dritz® polypropylene belting colors just expanded! Please welcome red, peridot and violet to the family. Each new color comes on a 15-yd reel that is cut-by-the-yard at your retail shop. It’s 1″ wide and can be used for so many sewing and DIY projects: easy-sew belts, plus straps for bags, totes and gear. Fun stuff!
